from 2017:
instead of meditating or doing yoga i like the idea of sitting and writing three pages every day. i am very much sold on the “brain dump” idea, because my mind is a nonsense thunderdome, it's like shaking loose veins and doing warm up lunges or something too.
here's what i see it doing: curing my anxiety clarifying my goals and pinpointing underlying desires boosting my creativity helping me unplug from technology (despite the fact that this is an online thing)
so i can find diamonds in my strings of thoughts
